Information you share

When you fill out the contact form, I collect your name, email address, the type of sessions you’re interested in, how you heard about the practice, and your message. I use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you’d like, to schedule a consultation.

Please don’t send sensitive health information

The contact form and email are not secure channels for clinical information. Please share only what’s needed to get in touch, and save details about your health or history for our consultation.

Not for emergencies

The contact form and email are not monitored for emergencies. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

Website data and cookies

This website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects standard analytics information, such as pages visited, browser and device type, and approximate location, to operate and improve the site. You can learn more in Squarespace’s privacy policy.

How information is shared

I don’t sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. Information is shared only with service providers needed to run this website, or when required by law.

If you become a client

Once you begin treatment, your health information is protected under HIPAA and New York State law. You’ll receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices explaining how your records are handled.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete a contact form inquiry at any time by emailing rose@openpsychnyc.com.
